In this 1:1 experience, you’ll receive a bespoke Willowave sonic meditation, handcrafted to support a specific transformation in your life—whether it’s stepping into leadership, processing emotional blocks, navigating a major challenge, or calling in deeper embodiment.

Each session combines guided meditations delivered in your own voice for maximum subconscious effect, breathwork exercises and targeted subconscious work (such as Internal Family Systems dialogue and nervous system regulation,)—all woven into an immersive soundscape tuned to your emotional and energetic needs.

What to expect:

1. Initial Assessment

We’ll begin with a personal consultation to understand the moment you’re in and where you’re ready to go. Together, we’ll identify the focus of your meditation—this could be overcoming a specific challenge, deepening emotional regulation, preparing for a leadership moment, releasing stored grief, or activating confidence. You’ll also share preferences around tone, breathwork style, affirmation types, and spiritual or psychological tools you resonate with (IFS, parts work, somatic prompts, etc.)
 

2. Custom Track Creation

Based on your input, we’ll craft a fully guided meditation, layered with breath prompts, subconscious healing cues, and a personalized soundscape. Each journey is built using a blend of healing frequencies, brainwave entrainment, ambient nature sounds, and emotionally intelligent music—tuned to support your unique nervous system and intention. We will adjust the length and focus based on your daily routines and availability, wether you prefer a full, 30' meditation, or a series of shorter meditations.

3. Delivery + Integration

Your meditation will be delivered as a high-quality 8D audio file for you to use as a daily ritual or situational tool. We'll follow up with a short integration check-in and offer suggestions for how to get the most out of your journey over time.
