1. Cleanse your space with Palo Santo.
2. Write your affirmation in present tense.
3. Speak it into the labradorite—stone of transformation and truth.
4. Wrap the note around the stone and place both inside the bottle, buried in salt.
5. Light the candle on top of the cork, and play a Willowave soundscape that contains the same custom affirmation.
6. Meditate on this vision as sound, flame, and salt weave your intention.

When the candle goes out, it will have melted sealing the jar, and protecting your intention. Keep the sealed jar on your altar, bedroom or workplace as a reminder.
